Ordering/Shipping From Fallon Ave Boutique 

Fallon Ave Boutique ships merchandise to the United States only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business of purchase, unless your items states it's a preorder and will ship on/around the estimated date on the preorder. 

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.   

All preorders are subject to supplier availability and a refund will not be awarded unless the product has not been shipped to Fallon Ave by 30 days of the anticipated date provided by Fallon Ave at the time of the order. If you'd like to cancel for store credit, you can do so after day 14 days. 

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be denied for any form of refund.

Return Policy

Fallon Ave Boutique honors returns for store credit only. All returns must be returned/postmarked within 10 days of the delivery of the item. All  jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned. All sale/clearance items, or items marked in .99 & .50 are FINAL and return, exchange or any form of credit will not be honored. Merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed etc.), including tags attached like received (no adding the unattached tags in the box/or pockets etc). Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, deodorant marks, dog hair, odors or any other issue at the digression of Fallon Ave Boutique will be rejected for return for merchandise credit.  

Please make you've determined you qualify for a return from our policy before submitting a return request & sending. We will not send back in the event you are not eligible for unless you provide shipping payment or shipping label. 

We use 2 different systems for our online store & our app, depending on where you purchased, your credit will be issued from the original purchase platform.  If you purchased at the online via our website, you'll be issued a gift card exchange for our website platform.  If you purchased via our app and used the CommentSold program, you'll be issued CommentSold credit.  Due to our systems being different, we cannot swap or honor credit outside the original payment platform. 

To submit a return request, please use this link to submit. Once submitted, our team will approve/deny based on the timeline etc.  After your approval, you'll be notified via email with instructions on what to do next including the send to address. 

If for any reasons there is issues with the portal or you cannot get in to submit a request, reach out to us here  (include name/order #, item). We'd love to help but would like to ensure all all submissions go through the return portal to ensure there is not a delay in processing on our end. 

    Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3 business days and at that time we can issue you in store credit via email.
