Orders, Shipping and Return Policy
Ordering/Shipping From Fallon Ave Boutique
Fallon Ave Boutique ships merchandise to the United States only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business of purchase, unless your items states it's a preorder and will ship on/around the estimated date on the preorder.
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
All preorders are subject to supplier availability and a refund will not be awarded unless the product has not been shipped to Fallon Ave by 30 days of the anticipated date provided by Fallon Ave at the time of the order. If you'd like to cancel for store credit, you can do so after day 14 days.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be denied for any form of refund.
Fallon Ave Boutique honors returns for store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery of the item. All jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned. All sale/clearance items, or items marked in .99, .95 & .50 are FINAL and return, exchange or any form of credit will not be honored. Merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed etc.), including tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, deodorant marks, dog hair, odors or any other issue at the digression of Fallon Ave Boutique will be rejected for return for merchandise credit.
Since we do have an online store & a B&M storefront, we use 2 different systems, depending on where you purchased, your credit will be issued from the original purchase location. If you purchased online and used the CommentSold program, you'll be issued CommentSold credit. If you purchased at the store, you'll be issued in store exchange if you are shopping that day, and if you are not, you’ll be issued a gift card from that program. Due to our systems being different, we cannot honor credit outside the original payment platform.

- Order # - it's either CS0000 or FAB0000 for example.
Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3 business days and at that time we can issue you in store credit via email.

Please make you've determined you qualify for a return from our policy before sending. We will not send back in the event you are not eligible for unless you provide shipping payment or shipping label.
